When I first purchased the Lake house it only had two bathrooms. The bath that was located on the main floor connected the master bedroom to the kitchen?! Say what?? Yes, (not a typo) …the kitchen. Over the lifespan of this home, several additions were added the the original A frame structure. I’m guessing that this particular alteration was done to save money, but it was just weird, so it was one of the first major projects I tackled. The space itself was fairly large, so with much research and discussion, I decided to divide the space into a dedicated master bath and a small powder room. Hands down one of the best decisions I made. The results speak for themselves.

The outside of the house was the most daunting task and is still in progress. Since that is where we spend the majority of our time when we are there, that was my top priority.
